This Policy applies to personal data we process about website visitors, prospective clients, client contacts, and individuals whose data we process while delivering managed IT services on behalf of our clients.

We share personal data with trusted service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g. email, hosting, accounting, remote monitoring and ticketing tools), under data processing agreements consistent with GDPR Art. 28. We do not sell personal data.
Some service providers we use may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or an applicable adequacy decision.
We retain contact and enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable follow-up period thereafter. Client service records and accounting data are retained for the periods required by Estonian law (generally up to 7 years for accounting records). Data processed while delivering IT services is retained per the applicable Engagement Document and deleted or returned at its conclusion, unless a longer retention is legally required.
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold, including access controls, encryption where applicable, endpoint protection and staff confidentiality obligations.
