These Terms govern your use of webingtech.com and any IT services agreement entered into with Webing Tech.

By accessing webingtech.com or engaging Webing Tech for IT services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
Webing Tech ("we", "us", "our") is registered at Pärnu mnt 105, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 11312, Estonia. We provide managed IT services, helpdesk support, network and cloud infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and related consulting services to business clients.
This website is provided for informational purposes about our services. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use the site in a way that could damage, disable or impair it.
Specific IT services are provided under a separate service agreement, statement of work, or order form ("Engagement Document") that describes scope, service levels, response times and pricing. Where these Terms conflict with an Engagement Document, the Engagement Document controls for that engagement.
Service levels (such as response and resolution times) are targets described in the applicable Engagement Document and are not guarantees unless expressly stated as such.
Fees for managed services, project work or consulting are set out in the applicable Engagement Document or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may result in suspension of services until accounts are brought current.
Delivering our services often requires administrative access to client networks, devices, cloud accounts and data. You confirm that you are authorized to grant us this access and that doing so does not violate any third-party agreement. We will access client systems only as needed to deliver the agreed services and in line with our Privacy Policy.
All content on this website, and any documentation, scripts, configurations or tools we create as part of a generic service offering, remain the intellectual property of Webing Tech unless otherwise agreed in writing. Custom deliverables created specifically for a client under a paid engagement transfer to the client upon full payment, except for our underlying tools, templates and methodologies, which we retain the right to reuse.
Our services may involve third-party software, hardware or cloud platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365, antivirus vendors, cloud providers). Such products are governed by the relevant vendor's own terms, and we are not responsible for their performance, pricing changes or outages, though we will assist in managing the relationship where agreed.
While we take reasonable, industry-standard measures to secure and maintain client systems, no IT service can guarantee uninterrupted operation or complete protection against cyber threats. Services are provided on an "as available" basis and, to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind beyond those expressly stated in an Engagement Document.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Webing Tech's total liability arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim in the preceding three (3) months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Webing Tech harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of our services, or violation of applicable law, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or breach of contract.
Either party may terminate an ongoing services engagement in accordance with the notice period stated in the applicable Engagement Document. We may suspend services immediately in cases of non-payment, security risk, or suspected unlawful use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date above. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
